Simple Quorum Sensing System Expressing YFP

This simple part should function as a quorum sensing circuit. It is meant as an improvement over BBa_J329000, which seems to produce too much LuxI, thus keeping the cells in the induced QS state all the time. eYFP is used as a reporter to take advantage of BBa_I13263, as opposed to performing several ligations required to use GFP.
